I 'll be honest I dont play much Taylormade but when we had TaylorMade TP forged returned to us  I couldn't resist taking it out for a spin on the course. This set was shafted with NS1150 ( my old choice of shaft ) 4-PW at .25" shorter than U.S standard which is perfect for me and my steep downward strike. The new TaylorMade TP forged feel's very good, it's forged of S25C and you can clearly tell that it isnt a cast product upon impact. In recent months I have been hitting some Japan made irons that are very hard to compete with like The Yamaha Limited Tour Edition, Epon AF-Tour, Miura MB5003, and the PPM Pro Performance model.  The TaylorMade TP forged can honestly stand with them in most departments yet not all and while it would be at the bottom of this list in regards to feel without a doubt it stands atop the best in the U.S domestic market easily.
