The stock shaft in the HiBORE XLS Fairway wood is the venerable Fujikura Fit-On with appropriate specs.

The HiBore XLS Fairway  is 19 percent larger than the original HiBORE fairway, making it Cleveland Golf's largest face ever on a fairway wood. By drastically increasing the hitting area, results on mis-hits have dramatically improved.

24 percent larger head volume than the original HiBORE fairway increases MOI for more stability and very accurate shots. Larger size makes it look extremely hittable and creates slightly more spin to get the ball into the air easily.

The XLS face is fairly wide and low profile. Those who like to use fairway woods from the tees tend to prefer a deeper face.

The crown plaque serves as an alignment aid, but I prefer one closer to the clubface. Still, for a fairway wood, it's probably fine.
