Titleist has seemed to respond to Taylormade’s adjustable features with a special hosel of their own. Titleist’s new Sure-Fit dual angle hosel allows players to adjust the loft and lie of their driver on the fly. This can be useful to correct an unwanted ball flight or it can be used to produce a completely different ball flight with basically no changes to your swing. 

 

Titleist 910 D2 Driver Performance

The maximum distance sweet spot has been increased by 15% with the addition of a fast face insert. It is intended to increase ball speed and optimize the launch and spin rates to create a powerful ball flight. 

 

The feel of the new D2 is in line with Titleist’s history of producing a solid feel. There are a few clubs on the market that resemble an aluminum bat at times. The new Titleist D2 is not one of them.
